About

Hi, I’m Trinity (she/her)

I am a holistic, trauma-informed therapist with a background in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, feminist theory and trained in Perinatal Mental Health with Postpartum Support International. I am well-versed in 12-step recovery programs including individuals and families dealing with addiction and alcoholism. I have worked in hospital, school, and community-based settings, which have challenged and shaped my knowledge and interests.

I received a BA in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University and an MSW from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Along with evidenced-based practices, I like to use humor when appropriate, pop-culture references, and tell you about all the podcasts I’ve recently listened to. I will probably drop an f-bomb or two. I am not a “closed book” or “blank canvas” kind of therapist, and may share my own experiences if it feels right. I hope I will feel like the non-judgey friend you’ve been needing.

Recently I have opened the scope of my practice to include other ways in which we mother not just our children, but ourselves, and our creative pursuits. Life transitions are my specialty, whether you are shifting careers, your identity, or your boundaries with others.

In my spare time (ha) I am pursuing an MFA in Fiction at Pacific University and writing a novel. I enjoy thrifting, reading, bodies of water, watching house renovation shows with my husband and having dance parties with my daughter. I have a very floofy cat named Raisin who was rescued from a barn in Tillamook.
